Description of Works:
Adaption and re-modelling to the first floor to create a new classroom. The works included new extensive M&E works plus fresh air ventilation, fully equipped with air-conditioning.
The external landscaping created a new tarmac playground which previously was an unused area. The location presented several challenges especially with the works located on the first-floor podium.
Description of Works:
Design and build 3 new structural steel canopies to provide new outside socialising and eating areas. The structural design will include new foundations and drainage works. To conclude this project, a simple landscaping design be added to enhance this area.
