- Residential Division
Our experienced site agents manage all residential contracts. We undertake every element of the project from Handover to practical completion. Working closely with our vetted subcontractors we deliver on budget, programme and to the high level of expected finishes. We work with all types of JCT and HOB contracts. Our partnered professional team will provide the design for any design and build contracts.
- Education Division
We have vast experience and a unique understanding of schools and how they function. Our projects include planned maintenance through to New Build Projects. Our Site agents are aware of the constraints and guidelines required within all Schools. Our operatives are DBS Enhanced Certified. Our projects operate both during and outside of Term time. We aim to deliver the projects within Budget and in the condensed programme period.l
- Ground Works
All elements undertaken inc traditional strip foundations, raft and pads foundations, BLG drainage, BLG brickwork up to DPC and concrete slabs or beam and beam block flooring. All work is overseen and managed by our groundwork site manager with our qualified team.
- Landscaping
In Partnership with our subcontractor, we have extended our services and can now undertake all external landscaping thus enhancing the outside areas. This includes front and rear hard landscaping, traditional block paved or resin driveways, natural lawns or artificial grass. Offering vast experience, we can advise on design, ground preparation and materials selection.
- Contracts dept. and quantity surveyors
Our carpentry division is supported by the contracts department and Quantity Surveyors. each team will have a site agent or supervisor to liaise closely with the main contractors site agent.
