Description of Works:
The removal of the existing RAAC panels and reconstruction of the roof deck. The works includes Temporary work support, Crash Deck and temporary kentledge Roof. Demolition and Removal of the existing roof structures. New Structural Steel roof support followed by the refurbishment and fit out of the new 2 classrooms. The work would be completed in a live school during term. The design and build contract all includes for all associated works, including fabric, mechanical & electrical elements.
