Description of Works:
Adaption and re-modelling to the first floor to create a new classroom. The works included new extensive M&E works plus Fresh air ventilation and fully equipped air-conditioning.
The external landscaping created a new Tarmac playground to a previously an unused area. The location presented several challenges especially with the works located on the first-floor podium.
