Description of Works:

Due to water ingress from below the existing concrete slab, it was necessary to remove the existing floor substructure including an asbestos bitumen underlayer which needed to be scrabbled back to the existing Slab. All Partitions were dismantled and erected after the DPM application was laid over an area of 400m2. New vinyl flooring, Partition walls were erected together with 6 No. refurbishment WC with new Sanitary ware including IPS sanitary and cubicles. This project was completed over the 6-week summer term and involved out of hours working to ensure completion.
