Description of Works:
The construction of a new class base containing 3 large classrooms, girls and boys WC area with a link canopy joining onto the new School. This design and build project allowed our professional team to design the project to meet the schools requirements and engineer the design incorporating a piled raft and portal frame. The external masonry matches the existing incorporating new aluminium curtain walling, facing the new playground included in this project. This project is due to commence late January 2021.
