  Offering a Traditional main contracting role from tender through to practical completion and dilapidations.

  Our estimating department offers competitive tender quotations and will select the correct subcontractors suitable for the project. Our contracts team will manage the projects striving to ensure the project is completed within the programme with the highest quality of finishes. Our quantity surveyors will review all commercial aspects ensuring the project is completed within budget.

 

• Onsite contracting from groundwork & structural works to completion and handover
  We will competitively provide a quotation for residential and commercial projects from tender through to practical completion or individual trade packages managed by our professional team.
  

 

• Site installation of equipment
  Our experienced site agents and management team partnering with our highly vetted subcontractors are experienced for all aspects of building, from craneage through management of the statutory authorities.
  

 

• Fully proficient in phased work within live environments
  Our team excels in working closely with the client and have many years of working within live environments including schools and hospitals.
  

 

• Source, manage and coordinate specialist sub contract activities
  Our subcontractor vetting system ensures we only use subcontractors whose values and aspirations match our own. We have an established database of subcontractors whom we have been working with for many years.
  

Our projects and construction team can deliver projects up to £1 million. We offer all of the services you would expect from a first-class main contractor. Supported by the contracts department and quantity surveyors, each team will have a site agent or supervisor to liaise closely with the main contractors site agent. With high calibre tradesman who are technically qualified in their fields providing on-site solutions for all your project needs all subscribe to the CSCS card scheme. They have experience of working within live environments. We specialise in working in both schools and hospitals both operating out of normal working hours.

 

• Residential Division
  Our experienced site agents manage all residential contracts. We undertake every element of the project from handover to practical completion. Working closely with our vetted subcontractors we deliver on budget, programme and to the high level of expected finishes. We work with all types of JCT and HOB contracts. Our partnered professional team will provide the drawings for any design and build contracts.

 

• Education Division
  Sure Building and Construction has vast experience working within schools and as a company, we understand how they function. Our site agents are aware of constraints and guidelines within schools, so we are always following the safeguarding practices; our operatives are all Enhanced DBS Certified in addition to this. All new build projects include planned out maintenance and we operate both within and outside of term times. We aim to deliver our projects within budget and in the condensed programme period.

• Contracts dept. and quantity surveyors
  Our carpentry division is supported by our contacts department and quantity surveyors; each team will have a site agent and/or supervisor to liaise closely with the main contactors on site. Our site agents are always welcoming to any questions and updates on the progression of the projects.

• High calibre tradesmen
  We only employee high calibre tradesman who are technically qualified in their fields providing on-site solutions for all your project needs. They will all subscribe to the CSCS card scheme.

 

• Live environments
  We have a vast amount of experience working within live environments and we understand all the necessary policies and procedures to perform within these environments safely. We specialise in working within both schools and hospitals and will adapt our hours when necessary to accommodate.
